R.S.S. Racing announced today that Josh Bilicki will drive the #38 Chevrolet Camaro for the entire 2019 NASCAR Xfinity Series season. Dr. Squatch Soap Co. will sponsor Josh at Daytona International Speedway on February 16, the opening race of the 2019 season. Bilicki, 23, returns to the Xfinity Series after completing his first full season in 2018. In total, Bilicki has 38 Xfinity Series starts and three Monster Energy Cup Series starts.
“I’m very thankful to R.S.S. Racing for this opportunity,” says Bilicki. “I’m thankful to Prevagen for supporting me in 2017 and 2018, and now it’s time to move to the next chapter. Last year was a learning year for me, especially seeing and driving fifteen of the tracks for the first time. I feel comfortable at every track now, and R.S.S. has cars and equipment capable of finishing upfront, which excites me. I’ve been around the team a handful of times and I think that this is a natural fit. I’m equally just as excited to be bringing a brand-new partner into NASCAR, Dr. Squatch Soap Co.! One hundred percent of the company’s products are made right here in the United States, and I feel that’s a very important stat for the NASCAR community. Our Dr. Squatch Daytona car looks amazing and I can’t wait to compete for the win with my teammates Ryan Sieg and Jeff Green.”
As the #1 subscription soap – or Soapscription – company in the U.S., Dr. Squatch has been helping men elevate their shower game since its inception in 2014. The Squatch Collection offers handmade, cold-processed bar soaps, colognes, and hair and shave products, all enriched with unique, subtly-masculine scents and a bullpen of all-natural ingredients to strike out the stink, without any irritation. The customizable Soapscription option allows customers to choose the number of soaps they want delivered to their doorsteps on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Bilicki will join teammates Ryan Sieg in the #39 Camaro and Jeff Green, the 2000 NASCAR Busch Series Champion, in the #93 Camaro. The #38 Chevrolet Camaro was most recently driven by J.J. Yeley in the 2018 Xfinity Season. R.S.S. Racing has two third place finishes at Daytona and a career best finish of second, coming in Iowa in 2017. R.S.S. Racing has competed in NASCAR since 2009, from its headquarters in Sugar Hill, GA.
